IGOR is licensed software for viewing data.
NASA ICARTT Format Setup
Need to use the 2010GeneralMacros.ipf and 2010IcarttFormat.ipf files. Use <File Open><Procedure…> to open both of these files. Then select the Table0 window. Should now be two pull down menus to the right of help, 2010General and ICARTTFormat.
To Open file use <ICARTTFormat><LoadICARTT1001
