The following is a list of data that should be archived on the field site computer (GlacialRidge2) at the end of each year.

1. Move old files from C:\Profiler\hour_images to C:\GR_DATA_ARCHIVE\Profiler\hour_images
2. Archive data from c:\GR_DATA\Profiler_Images to glacialridge shared folder on department's Tera3 file server.
3. Remove old files from C:\GR_DATA\Profiler_Images as necessary to ensure sufficient free space.

Note the gr_data/915/Spectra contain all the large files.
