Not Getting House Keeping Data

Problem
Not getting house keeping data in the lab using M300 with the HVPS we received from NASA. Laser turns on but all we get is -29.0 for all house keeping data.
Cause
Missing conversion cable from IDC cable end to DB25 cable. See pdf
