Left to do for tipping bucket: Reprint bucket and print 2x stop, 1x locking thread, 1x funnel, 1x cover, 1x soldering jig, and 1x rivet trimming guide. For radiation shield: Using 5 open leafs and 2 screen rings from previous weather station print (will need to print 5 open leafs and 4 screen rings in the future once this station is all done).

2018/09/12 10:58 - Mariusz Starzec: Successfully printed soldering jig (and printed an extra just in case it breaks when putting the anemometer together). Did not use a raft for this piece and recommend not using rafting for the future for similar small and fragile pieces; however, have to make sure hardened acetone solution base is smooth and does not have many imperfections before printing.

2018/09/11 20:44 - Nicole Loeb: Jig broke again. Started print of Radiation Shield top leaf, center screen, and shaft.

2018/09/11 13:53 - Nicole Loeb: Printed wind wrench, and started Radiation Shield printing (2x fastener, locking threads, jig, lock nut & swivel pipe end). Ran out of material during printing of locking thread and replaced the spool but the print looks ok. Jig broke while separating from base.

2018/09/07 15:57 - Matt Tuftedal: The soldering jig needs to be reprinted, it broke when coming off the plastic. Today I printed everything for the wind vane except for the “wind vane clamp” also called gripping tool on the parts list online.

2018/09/05 13:15 - Matt Tuftedal: Printed the 3 Cups for the anemometer, hub, body, bearing housing, driveshaft, sensor holder, 3 pin anemometer connector, and soldering jig. For the wind vane so far the cover, wind direction connector, alignment clip and alignment cap, and bearing holder.
