How to use the overhead projection system

1. Ready the Projector & Screen

 a. Turn the key on the wall, next to white board, to deploy the screen from the ceiling.
 b. Retrieve the projector's remote control from the drawer next to the exit door.
 c. Press the "on" button on the remote (upper right, green)
You will see "startup" information displayed on the projection screen,
including an "ID" in the upper left corner. Note this ID number for later use.

2. Ready the Computer(s)

 a. Login to at least one PC Windows computer in this room.
 b. Search for a software program called "WPS". Create a desktop shortcut if desired.
 c. If WPS does not exist, you may need to have it installed first. See Dr. Delene.

3. Using the Wireless Presentation System (WPS) software

 a. Launch WPS from the PC(s).
 b. Type in the login password information (taped to the remote control) into the WPS GUI.
 c. Type in the "ID" (was showing on the startup projection screen) into the "Login ID" on the GUI.
 d. The PC monitor should now be mirrored on the projection screen.

Repeat steps 2-3 for up to 4 separate PC's in the room. Toggle between them using the remote.

4. When you are done

 a. logout of the Windows computer(s).
 b. return the remote control to the drawer
 c. turn the wall key to return the screen to the ceiling.

Note that Dr. Delene says this should also work with laptops (both Mac and PC) after downloading the WPS software. However, he says you would need to use the CH422 WiFi Network instead of the generic UND WiFi Network.

Also, for more information about WPS, the users manual can be found online here: http://files.ipevo.com/download/doc/wpshd_new/New_WPS-HD_Manual.pdf The WPS Software can be downloaded here: https://www.ipevo.com/support/qa/High-Definition_Wireless_Presentation_System_8006
