Unable to Compare or Overlay paired COSMIC .dat files.

Gives the following error:

Data/File path does not exist.

Insufficient promisions for user acounts.

A user with administrative priveleges must log in and perform the following steps.

• Located the ROAB folder on the local drive (C:\\ProgramFiles\RAOB)
• Right Click on the folder and select Properties
• Select the Security Tab
• Highlight “Users” account and check all the “Allow” boxes under the Permissions for Users datafield.
• Select Apply and OK
