The install software is located on the Atmospheric Science common drive, aero3.aero.und.edu/atmos, under software/IDL. You should probably select to install the "High Resolution Maps" during installation. The LM_LICENSE_FILE variable needs to be defined to be 1700@flex.aero.und.edu so you can access the license. For Windows XP, Open the Control Pannel . Open System Properties and the Advanced tab. Select the Environmental Variable button and define the LM_LICESE_FILE variable.
