Unable to run, Error states only works for one user at a time.

Problem does not delete lock file when deleting.

=== Solution ===
Delete file c:\Program Files\ RAOB Program\raob.usr


=== Problem ===

Unable to Compare or Overlay paired COSMIC .dat files. 

Gives the following error:

Data/File path does not exist.

=== Cause ===

Insufficient promisions for user acounts. 


=== Solution ===

A user with administrative priveleges must log in and perform the following steps. 
  * Located the ROAB folder on the local drive (C:\\ProgramFiles\RAOB)
  * Right Click on the folder and select Properties
  * Select the Security Tab
  * Highlight "Users" account and check all the "Allow" boxes under the Permissions for Users datafield. 
  * Select Apply and OK
