Program to work with Welas Optical Particle Counter (OPC) data

===== Extract ASCII Files =====

once PDcontrol is open

select file >> then working file >> load

then click on desktop >> Welas 
Select day wanted and open files

click on anylsis >> PALAS-weals only >> weals-particle size distribution

you should be able to see 10 sec data at this point along with a graph of data
click on "save table and statistics to a file" 

select Welas >> (select desired date) >> tabel and stats
then select the file and save the 10 sec data.

=== extracting time series data ===

select file >> then working file >> load

then select file >> working file >> edit setings

change time interval to 10, 30, and 60 seconds
change partice sizes (for 6/20) 2-10, 20-45[small ice], (for 6/21, 6/22) 2-10 and 30-105[all ice]

then slect analysis >> PEALS - weals only >> weals temporal size distrubution

save temporal size distrubition table to NAS drive
