====== Glacial Ridge Field Site====== UND Atmospheric Science Glacial Ridge field site documentation exists as one large collection, fully searchable using the "Search" box on the left-hand side of the page. Indexes of documentation related to instruments at the field site and data handling processes are given below. Documentation related to instruments and data at the department's field site http://glacialridge.atmos.und.edu/. The site phone number is 218 637-2346. Rain gauge data around Glacialridge is available from the USGS =====UPDATE===== Pesticide Sampling is now conducted on the roof of Clifford Hall as of Summer 2018. All recorded data after that date will be from the roof measurements. As of 06/06/2019 a seasonal passive pesticide sampler has been placed at the Glacial Ridge Site. ===== Field Site Instrumentation Blog ===== Check here to see any issues with the computers/data collection at the field site: * Instrument Blog ===== Site Visits ===== * June 6, 2019 * May 23, 2019 * August 30, 2016 * August 16, 2016 * August 2, 2016 * July 19, 2016 * July 5, 2016 * June 21, 2016 * June 7, 2016 * May 24, 2016 * May 10, 2016 * April 26, 2016 * April 11, 2016 * November 11, 2015 * July 1, 2015 * June 15, 2015 * May 15, 2015 * November 16, 2014 * September 23, 2014 * September 9, 2014 * August 25, 2014 * August 11, 2014 * July 28, 2014 * July 14, 2014 * June 30, 2014 * June 16, 2014 * June 2, 2014 * May 20, 2014 * May 5, 2014 * April 3, 2014 * December 29, 2013 * October 6, 2013 * September 23, 2013 * September 9, 2013 * August 26, 2013 * August 13, 2013 * July 30, 2013 * July 17, 2013 * July 3, 2013 * July 1, 2013 * June 12, 2013 * May 27, 2013 * April 27, 2013 * February 1, 2013 * October 11, 2012 * September 30, 2012 * September 16, 2012 * August 30, 2012 * August 15, 2012 * August 2, 2012 * June 3, 2012 * May 14, 2012 * April 17, 2012 * April 4, 2012 * March 23, 2012 * February 9, 2012 * August 2, 2011 * April 15, 2010 * January 21, 2010 * December 18, 2008 * December 05, 2008 * October 23, 2008 * August 28, 2008 * August 4, 2008 * April 30, 2008 ===== Current Field Site Instruments ===== * NOAA Wind Profiler * Vaisala HMP45C Temperature and Relative Humidity Probe * CS105 Barometric Pressure Sensor * 05103 RM Young Wind Monitor * Wind Speed and Direction Sensor * Hydrological Services TB3 Tipping Bucket Rain Gauge * Air Conditioner * Universal Power Supply (UPS) * Network * Light Bulbs ===== Former Field Site Instruments ===== * Microwave Radiometer * Eppley Spectral Pyranometers * Precision Infrared Radiom * SR50 Sonic Ranging Sensor (Snow Depth) * 1-D Rain Imaging Sensor * 2-D Rain Imaging Sensor * Canberra Snow Pack Monitor (Gamma Ray Sensor) * THUM USB Temperature and Humidity Sensor * NetCam =====Data Logger/Loggernet Software ====== * Software Upgrade options (& quotes for LoggerNet 4.2) * Datalogger to NL100 to software set up * Datalogger Channel Map * Input locations for RTMC Development ==== Software ==== * PC400 - Cannot be used for web interface purposes since software does not enable scheduled data collection (which is required to run projects with RTMC. * RTMC/RTMC Pro- software allows you to build projects which visualize realtime data.
