Site Visit on December 29, 2013 - David Delene  

  * Turn on the tall space heater.  Down on the switches is on.  Added label.
  * The back trailer installed heater does not work any more, hence only have the three space heaters.
  * Temperature increased in trailer (over next 24 hours) with all three space heaters running up to 45 F even with temperature outside of -15 F.
